Kevin Betz established Betz & Associates in 1997, but not before becoming a seasoned, successful litigator. After five years of corporate law practice as an attorney with Krieg DeVault in Indianapolis (one of Indiana's largest and most reputable commercial law firms) working alongside the firm's master litigators, Kevin moved on to a leadership role with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). There he served as the agency's Chief Counsel, heading a large litigation department. Following his public service at IDEM, he decided it was time to realize his true passion as an attorney in advocating for individuals. And so Betz & Associates was born.
Today, Betz & Associates is a unique practice with three lawyers and two paralegals. The firm has a reputation as one of the state's premier providers of employment law services. The Betz legal team is comprised of Kevin Betz, Sandra Blevins, Jamie Maddox, and Kristin Lamb.
