Special Needs Children

Parents with special needs children are often times confronted by difficult issues, not only with helping their children. The process required by federal law to obtain assistance from their child's school presents many challenges. We have recently adopted this as a practice area because it fits well within our skills and experience. This is essentially advocating for individuals. We advocate for your child's rights under federal law to obtain the special accommodations necessary for your child to succeed. We have done this same type of advocacy on behalf of hundreds of other individuals.
