Betz & Associates meets with prospective clients at initial consultations. Each matter brought to us is unique, which is why we need to meet with you personally. The consultation typically lasts from one to three hours, and can involve individuals or groups of individuals. This time is spent gathering information and documents from you for us to perform a preliminary analysis of the legal issues involved. During the consultation, we also provide preliminary advice as to how to resolve your situation. Our firm has handled hundreds of contentious disputes, and we've resolved them both informally and formally. Many times we are able to fully resolve issues at the initial consultation.

Our experience has taught us that consultations by phone are usually inadequate, and free consultations often limit the amount of time necessary to fully evaluate your matter. Your issue is serious, which is why you've come to us. So we want to be able to give it our full attention and provide you sound, helpful, professional legal advice, which requires us to charge for the initial consultation.
